Ketchup (ken) is the writer, guitarist and vocalist of the one-man-band Ketchup.
Ken is actually a full time graphic designer in Hong Kong while picking up the role of
an independent singer-songwriter in his leisure time.
Ken lives in the New Territories and thus claimed himself as "the village man".
Yet because of this, he creates a spectrum of works that differ from the hustling and bustling life of the city.
In his village-home-studio, he conceives, composes, writes the lyrics, records and arranges the music, designs the album covers and delivers to the printing company, all by himself.
Ken’s creativity comes from daily living, such as eating at restaurants or taking a bus while putting on the headphone so that he can eavesdrop on someone else's conversation. He claims this is his major source of inspiration.
